  • Payment information: Billing details are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

  • To provide and maintain the PixelToStore service, including AI-powered content generation.
  • To process your product images through our AI analysis pipeline (image triage, analysis, content generation, SEO, and social media content creation).

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Your product images and text are processed by third-party AI providers to generate content. These providers include:

  • Google (Gemini): Used for image analysis, content generation, and image generation.
  • OpenAI: Used as a fallback for image analysis and content generation.

These providers process your data solely to fulfill our service requests and are contractually obligated not to use your data for their own model training purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Product images are stored in secure cloud storage (S3-compatible) with access controls.
  • Generated content and analysis results are cached to improve performance and reduce redundant API calls.
  • All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a product, it is soft-deleted and may be permanently removed after 30 days. You can request full account deletion by contacting us, after which all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your generated content (via CSV or JSON export).
