1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixelToStore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PixelToStore is an AI-powered platform that helps e-commerce sellers create product listings, SEO metadata, and social media content from product images. The Service includes image analysis, AI content generation, image editing and generation, and content export features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits & Billing

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different actions consume different amounts of credits.
  • Free accounts receive a monthly credit allocation. Paid plans provide higher credit limits.
  • Credits reset monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • If a generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property

  • Your uploads: You retain all rights to the product images you upload. By uploading images, you represent that you have the right to use them.
  • Generated content: AI-generated listings, descriptions, SEO metadata, and social media posts are yours to use for any commercial purpose. We claim no ownership over generated content.
  • AI-generated images: Images generated or edited by our AI tools are yours to use commercially, subject to the underlying AI provider terms.
  • Our service: The PixelToStore platform, including its design, code, AI prompts, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to use.
  • Generate content for illegal products or services.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems.
  • Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself (generated content for your products is fine).
  • Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require editing before use.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, free of errors, or suitable for any specific marketplace.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing.
  • AI-generated product descriptions should not make health, safety, or regulatory claims without your independent verification.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • The Service depends on third-party AI providers, which may experience outages or changes.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelToStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelToStore from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
